With clear video tutorials, I’ll guide you step by step, from your very first stitch all the way to your finished animal. You can learn entirely at your own pace. Pause whenever you like, speed up the video or slow it down if you want to take a closer look at a particular step.
Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll have mastered the essential crochet basics. You’ll then be ready to confidently try many of our other crochet patterns. Who knows – this might just be the beginning of your new favourite hobby!

How do the video tutorials work?
Inside your starter kit, you’ll find a card with your personal login code. This gives you access to our exclusive online learning platform, where we guide you step by step through making your chosen animal.
You’re completely in control of the pace. Pause the videos whenever you like, speed them up or slow them down when you want to take a closer look at a particular step. You can also choose between tutorials for right- and left-handed crocheters.
Stuck on a step? Simply use the help button for extra guidance. In addition to the complete course for your chosen animal, you’ll also get access to our Crochet Basics course, where you can revisit the essential stitches and techniques and discover useful tips & tricks.
All videos are available in Dutch, English, German and French. So you can learn to crochet your way, in your language and completely at your own pace!
How long does it take?
It varies from person to person, but on average, you can expect it to take around 12 to 15 hours.
If you’re completely new to crochet, take your time! Learning a new hobby doesn’t have to be rushed. Pause whenever you like, come back to it later and learn entirely at your own pace. Whether you finish your animal in a weekend or over a few weeks, the most important thing is to enjoy learning and creating!

Don’t worry, we’re happy to help! If you get stuck while crocheting, start by using the help button in our online learning platform. You’ll find extra guidance there that will often get you back on track straight away.
